Defining the term "Customer"
For the purposes of this privacy policy, the term "Customer", when written with its first letter in capital letter, must include:
Website users: any person (individual or legal entity) who contacts us, interacts with our digital channels (websites, landing pages, portals) and/or shows interest in our products or services;
Leads (websites users who filled in the form);
If you contact PLANEFIBRA using the features available on digital channels (websites, landing pages, portals), personal information or other data in order to obtain information about services or products or to request the provision of a service, this user will be characterized as a “Lead” and, therefore, this privacy policy will also apply to you.
What data is collected?

For Website Users
Browsing data: for instance, IP address, location (country), information about the pages visited by the User within the website, time spent on the website, browsing time on each page, and click tracking analysis. Although PLANEFIBRA does not collect this information to associate such data with specific users, it is possible to identify these Users directly through this information or through the use of other information to which PLANEFIBRA has access;

For Leads
Registration Information: when requesting a commercial proposal, you can provide us: your name, CNPJ number, telephone number, email address, city, and other information necessary for preparing the proposal (project information).

Data collected from the Customer, as it is captured:
Name, email address, telephone number, opt-in, opt-out, CNPJ number, product of interest, value of products and payment terms, interest in products, information about products, intention to purchase or contract products and services, or other fields that may be requested by the data controller.
Leads — Forms available on the channels
Technical information such as IP address, location data, cookie information; Website Users Cookies, third-party API, browsing information, and website usage information. In addition, we may collect other information when you browse the websites, such as features accessed and length of stay.
What is the purpose of processing personal data?
The personal data collected may be processed, always within the limits permitted by applicable legislation, for the following purposes:
Allow PLANEFIBRA to carry out verifications and research in order to improve the quality of products and services provided in harmony with legitimate interests;
Send commercial and/or promotional communications about PLANEFIBRA products and services, as well as carry out market studies (“Marketing”);
Examine your request and submit the requested commercial proposal;

How is data collected/processed?
For the purposes described in the section above, personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with the terms described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the principles of transparency, necessity, minimization, and legality provided for in the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Federal Law No. 13.709/18) or in any other applicable law.

PLANEFIBRA does not disclose any personal data that directly identifies the User, without their prior consent, except in cases where disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, at the order of judicial or administrative authorities, to exercise a legal right, or to achieve one of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.
Personal data may be processed by third parties operating in the name and on behalf of PLANEFIBRA (“Operators”), due to specific contractual obligations and in order to fulfill one or more purposes, as indicated in the specific section.
For Leads
PLANEFIBRA may share your personal data with third parties or business partners, which are relevant for the purposes of enabling the relationship with you and sending you the requested commercial proposal. Such sharing takes place based on the following criteria and for the purposes described below.
Service providers: these companies work with PLANEFIBRA to enable or improve compliance with the purposes listed in the previous chapter (“What is the purpose of processing personal data?”). Some examples are the (i) development services or improvements in digital channels, and (ii) creation/management of marketing actions for PLANEFIBRA related directly or indirectly to the company's digital channels, products, and services. What are the rights of the data holder?
PLANEFIBRA guarantees compliance with Federal Law No. 13.709/2018 (Brazilian General Data Protection Law — LGPD), ensuring compliance with the legal principles and foundations in data processing and guaranteeing the rights of its holders.
Personal data will be processed for the period considered necessary to fulfill the purpose for which such data was collected and in order to protect the interests of PLANEFIBRA in relation to potential related responsibilities. Any consent provided by you for other activities unrelated to the provision of a specific requested service may be revoked at any time. Once your consent is revoked, the data can no longer be processed for the aforementioned purposes, although such data can still be processed for the protection of the interests of PLANEFIBRA.
How can I exercise my rights as a data holder?
PLANEFIBRA informs you that the consent provided by you may be revoked at any time upon request.
The holder may revoke the consent provided at any time, without, however, making the data processing carried out on the basis of this consent illegitimate until the date on which it is revoked.
